2. Submitting a Counter-Notice

- Good-faith statement – under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Contact information – name, address, phone, email, plus a statement consenting to service of legal process from the original complainant.
3. Next Steps
- We may forward your counter-notice to the complainant.
- Unless that party files a court action, we may restore the content 10–14 business days after receiving your counter-notice.
- False notices or counter-notices can lead to legal liability.
4. Important Notes
- Filing a counter-notice may initiate legal proceedings between you and the complaining party.
- Games may remove content without prior notice and may terminate repeat infringers.
